THE ESTATE We want to keep on concentrating in the future on maintaining the manageable size of the Estate, where attention can be focused on the high quality of the wine. It starts in the vineyard, with the hard pruning and thinning of the vine - this allows fewer grapes to get more sun on the vine - up to the professional processing and storage in the winery. Our products are selected by hand and stretch from dry white wine to the red wine aged in oak barrels, as well as the sweet wine which the Neusiedlersee wine region is famous for. Another speciality is our sparkling wine, Sect, which we allow to ferment in the bottle after the traditional méthode champenoise. The beautiful vineyards, the precious grapes and the wine itself are all the result of our hard work, and are the pride of our family vineyard.
